3-Layer Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. powdered cumin
  • 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • 2 c. guacamole
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Open refried beans and put into casserole dish. Put into microwave. Microwave in 1-minute increments, stirring each time, until soft. Add seasonings and olives and mix well. Spread flat with spatula.

Pour guacamole over beans. Spread flat with spatula.

Sprinkle cheese over guacamole to form an even layer.

Serve with chips or pork skins.
