This is a basic topping that goes well with any creamy dessert.
At least one of the following:
Total fruit should be 4 cups whole.
Thaw berries in microwave, taking care not to heat too much. Stir, mashing berries just enough to release juice. Add cornstarch and mix thoroughly. Transfer berries to saucepan.
Bring to a boil on medium heat. Add honey and mix well. Cook until thickened, then remove from stove. Chill before using.
