Nut Flour

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. raw almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, or pecans

This recipe requires a blender or food processor.

Measure out nuts. Add nuts to blender one handful at a time, using your hands to slough off loose skins. Cover and blend.

The result will be a mixture of finely-ground nuts and larger chunks. Remove from blender and sift out the finer stuff, then return to blender. Repeat until nuts are completely ground.
