Turkey Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1 lb. frozen cauliflower
  • 2 c. sliced celery
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Thaw cauliflower and pat dry. Chop into small pieces and add to large baking dish. Add remaining vegetables and turkey.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and salt. Add to baking dish and mix well, until sauce is evenly distributed. Pat down and top with cheese. Bake for 2 hours.

Remove from heat, cool for approximately 15 minutes and serve.
