Finger Steaks

Ingredients:

  • 1 2-lb. beef roast
  • 2 batches Deep-Frying Batter (made with seasoned salt)
  • Skillet with 1-2 inches oil

Preheat oil on medium-high. Slice beef into narrow strips, about 2 inches in length. Bread according to batter instructions and fry until breading is light brown and meat is cooked through.

For best results, serve with a dipping side of cocktail sauce.
