Barbeque Pork

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. pork roast or chunky pork
  • Homemade barbeque sauce

Cut pork into small pieces and brown in skillet. (Sauce can be prepared while pork cooks.)

Once pork is browned, transfer to saucepan and add barbeque sauce. Bring to a boil and cook, uncovered, on medium heat until sauce is sufficiently thickened. Remove from heat and serve.
