Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Remove 1 cup of cheesecake batter to separate dish. To this, add cocoa powder and mix well.

Coat the bottom of your pie pan or crust with part of the cocoa batter; fill with vanilla. Slowly pour the remaining cocoa batter onto the cheesecake, making swirly patterns as desired. Finish patterning with fork or butter knife.

Bake at 325° for 30-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick collects doughy "crumbs." Remove from oven and cool on rack for 30 minutes. Transfer to refrigerator and chill overnight.
